America's Charities inspires employees and organizations to support each other and the causes they care about. We help nonprofits fundraise unrestricted, sustainable dollars through the workplace, and we help employers achieve their giving, engagement, and social impact goals. We do this to bring more resources to the nonprofits that are changing our world.
America's Charities has been a leader in workplace giving for more than 40 years. In that time, we have distributed nearly $800 million for more than 25,000 nonprofits across a wide range of causes. Since we launched our employee relief program in 2019, we have helped more than $17 million in grants get to employees facing unexpected financial hardships, including the pandemic. Each year, we process more than 1 million transactions and send approximately 40,000 payments to qualified nonprofits.
As a 501(c)(3) membership-based nonprofit, America’s Charities is not profit-motivated. We believe collective impact changes the world, so we offer powerful giving experiences that inspire more employees to give their time, talent, and treasure, resulting in more resources for more nonprofits—and more world-changing impact.
