Steve Latham
Co-Founder & CEOSteve provides strategic vision, guidance and leadership. A serial entrepreneur and Harvard MBA, Steve brings 20+ years of startup experience in finance, digital marketing and analytics. Steve previously founded and grew 2 digital marketing startups while co-founding 2 nonprofits. He most recently served as Global Head of Analytics at Flashtalking by Mediaocean. Steve is a lifelong supporter, fundraiser and volunteer for many worthy causes.
Andrea Young
Co-Founder & ChairpersonAndrea is a 15+ year CEO, mentor and supporter of worthy causes. Her experience leading startup and mid-sized organizations have allowed her to build great teams and achieve results. Her prior roles include stints with the Houston Rockets, WNBA Comets, Sam Houston Race Park. She is the second largest franchisee of Nekter Juice Bars and an active investor/board member in numerous brands including DonateStock.
Kyle Brown
Chief Operating OfficerKyle has spent 15+ years advising business owners and entrepreneurs on strategy, culture, marketing, sales, and leadership development. Her experience includes 8 years of strategy consulting and operations in the financial services industry, 5 years in sports and entertainment and 2 startups. Kyle oversees the growth and development of our sales, marketing and customer success teams.
Erin Arend
SVP Corporate DevelopmentErin is a seasoned media/tech executive who served at 2 startups where her efforts led to successful acquisitions. Erin also received awards for her work at NBC and Discovery Networks. Erin serves on the board of various non-profits and co-founded Help Feed the Frontline Fighting Covid, which fed 150k frontline workers and supported 40 local restaurants in Los Angeles.

MarketingBrenna has spent two decades building and scaling brands. Her marketing experience ranges from growing billion dollar CPG brands (Procter & Gamble, Clif Bar) and retail (Starbucks), to leading growth and marketing at three early stage startups in the consumer tech, travel services, and ecommerce spaces. She's passionate about community engagement and public service, and sits on the board of a local nonprofit.
Erica Noelle Duncan
Nonprofit SpecialistErica has 16+ years of experience providing thoughtful strategic and fundraising advice to nonprofits. Her proven and hands-on approach has supported numerous nonprofits in increasing impact, creating a strong foundation, and developing robust fundraising programs.
Farhan Ahmed
CISOFarhan has been involved in the cybersecurity, privacy, and compliance world for around 15 years. In that time, he has taken on almost every role available in the space. His last few leadership roles have been at startups, namely EdTech unicorn 2U (NASDAQ: TWOU) and mental health startup Quartet Health (Oak HC/FT, Google Ventures, F-Prime). Farhan has since formed a consulting practice to use his experience to assist early-stage startups in tackling security and privacy challenges.
