Book Nook: Dr. Russell James and Encouraging Generosity

In our second installment of the Stocktoberfest Book Nook series, we want to highlight the work of Dr. Russell James and his excellent series all about fundraising.
After working for more than 25 years as a planned giving fundraiser, estate planning lawyer in private practice, major gifts fundraiser, and college president, and currently is a chaired professor in the Department of Personal Financial Planning at Texas Tech University where he directs the on-campus and online graduate program in Charitable Financial Planning (planned giving). Dr. Russell James’s goal is to create and share ideas, images, and discoveries that inspire others to be kind. Dr. Russell James has written four e-books about the psychology of fundraising. He does not confine himself to the theoretical world but instead offers knowledge that is immediately useful and applicable to fundraising efforts. The book titles in the series are:
