This month, DonateStock celebrates Black History by highlighting innovative nonprofits that are impacting their communities!

During Black History Month we’d like to offer pause to celebrate and rejoice in the significant impact and achievements of American champions making a difference in their communities.

We begin by acknowledging the hard work of our featured nonprofit organizations who have dedicated their lives to create impactful programs focused on black influence, the arts, culture, and wellness.

  • Chapman Partnership
    Since 1995, Chapman Partnership has been assisting homeless men, women, and children in transitioning off the streets of Miami-Dade County and on their way to attaining greater stability and self-sufficiency in their lives. Under the leadership of Symeria Hudson, the organization has played a key role in helping the community weather the pandemic.
  • YÜTH United Through HeARTZ
    DeMarco Howard started YÜTH United Through HeARTZ in 2016, an inclusive acrobatics school to provide classes and scholarships for local youth. Since then, The ARTZ has grown from 24 students to over 1,000 students served through his programs.
  • BE A CHAMPION
    Jaron K Barganier founded BE A CHAMPION to use sports, education, and community service to enhance the development of our youth regardless of age, race, gender, religion, or creed. By doing so, his program will improve society as a whole, giving young people a chance at a better future.
  • Blessings of Hope Empowerment Outreach Inc.
    Lucile Butler founded Blessings of Hope Empowerment Outreach Inc., assisting the less fortunate population in the community thus changing lives one person at a time. Blessings of Hope Empowerment Outreach Inc, partners with many agencies to help fight hunger and combat poverty in their local community.
  • Project Row Houses
    Project Row Houses occupies a significant footprint in Houston’s Historic Third Ward, one of the city’s oldest neighborhoods. The site encompasses five city blocks and houses 39 structures that serve as home base to a variety of community enriching initiatives, art programs, and neighborhood development activities.
