About Pamela J. Norley
Pam Norley, a former division president and senior executive at Fidelity Investments, has more than 25 years of industry experience leading this renowned and forward-thinking financial services organization to development and profitability. Pam has significant subject matter expertise leading legal, compliance, mergers & acquisitions, management consulting, enterprise client management, and personnel management units. She also contributes expertise in digital transformation, product innovation, and operations. Pam holds a JD degree from Temple University’s School of Law and a BA from the University of Virginia. In addition to other executive education programs, she completed the Harvard Business School’s Women on Boards: Succeeding as a Corporate Director in 2019.
