CASA's mission is to provide access to stable, affordable housing for people who are homeless or at risk by developing and managing rental communities.
CASA ends homelessness in Wake, Durham, and Orange Counties in North Carolina through permanent, affordable, and supportive housing. Our rental apartments offer a solution to those who have been shut out of the conventional housing market due to low income, poor credit, history of evictions, and more. We believe in second chances, and we believe everyone has the right to a safe, stable, and affordable home.
