Connections Homes provides lifelong, life-changing connections for youth 18 24 who have aged out of foster care or are homeless without family. Every youth has a voice and a choice when they select their very own Mentoring Family. Our trained Mentoring Families provide a safety net of secure belonging while guiding their youth toward self-efficacy into a connected, independent life. Our team provides 12 months of strategic support to ensure the longevity of each match. Our commitment to each connection never ends, providing additional, community-based resources plus lifelong support for alumni as needed.
