Food Bank of North Alabama
Our mission is to feed the hungry today and create solutions that will end hunger tomorrow.
We accomplish this mission by supplying 15 million pounds of food a year to a network of over 200 food pantries, shelters and children’s programs in 11 counties of North Alabama. Together we feed over 184,000 people at risk of hunger annually.
We also address hunger’s root causes through broad-scale collaborations and local food initiatives that foster entrepreneurship and healthy food access across our region.
