Founded in 2017, the Organic Farmers Association empowers organic farmers to lead our national effort to support more organic farmers and organic acres nationwide to expand the environmental contributions of organic farming throughout our land and within our communities. To achieve this, we need sound agricultural policies that support the growth of viable independent organic farms. OFA advocates and educates for more domestic organic farms, strong organic standards, and technical assistance and education to support the national growth of organic farming that supports a healthier planet.
