Chapman Partnership is a national model for homelessness. By addressing the most basic human rights and needs, we help restore the dignity and respect of men, women, and children experiencing homelessness.
Since 1995, Chapman Partnership, the private sector partner of the Miami-Dade County Homeless Trust, has transformed the lives of over 130,000 individuas and families.
We have continually been recognized for our comprehensive approach to ending homelessness. We go beyond providing the basic needs of food and shelter to ensure our men, women and children receive comprehensive case management, health care, mental health resources, family resources (tutoring, after-school care, and summer activities), professional development and training, employment assistance, permanent housing assistance and follow up care.
