Founded in 1964, The Community Foundation for Northeast Florida is the oldest community foundation in Florida, serving the citizens of Jacksonville and five surrounding counties: Baker, Clay, Nassau, Putnam and St. Johns. Today, The Community Foundation is home to more than 600 individual funds, holds $548 million in assets and has made nearly $600 million in grants since inception.
