Ubuntu Village NOLA is a nonprofit rooted in the belief that healing, justice, and opportunity must be accessible to all, especially youth and families impacted by trauma, systemic inequality, and the juvenile justice system. We envision a future where every young person, particularly those who are often marginalized, has the resources they need to grow, lead, and thrive. As a Black-led, multiracial coalition of parents, youth, and community advocates, our mission is to confront the root causes of racism, violence, and incarceration. Most importantly, our work is grounded in the power of community voice, lived experience, and collective action. Our goal is to break cycles of harm and build a future defined by equity by centering those most affected.
