ICL’s Mission is to Inspire, Educate, and Support aspiring youth to make a positive impact on their local and global communities.
In 2001, the ICL Foundation, a non- profit organization dedicated to helping high-achieving youth meet their academic and professional goals while developing character and leadership skills. The Foundation has transformed the lives and futures of 5,000+ young people through global youth conferences, leadership speaker series, mentorship, and award-winning service and leadership courses. ICL students also initiated service projects — from building schools to anti-gang education and healthcare initiatives. Currently, the ICL Foundation provides over $3 million in support annually.
For over 20 years the ICL Foundation has built leadership, social entrepreneurship, and character-building initiatives not part of traditional curriculum, (including the incubator accredited school, ICL Academy) to combat the mental health crisis facing pre-teens and teenagers, regardless of socio-economic conditions.
