Operation Catnip of Gainesville Inc.

Saving Community Cats

Operation Catnip’s mission is two-fold: staging spay-neuter clinics utilizing best practices for responsible community cat management by offering local caregivers free spay-neutering for their strays. Plus, our clinics provide veterinary students, most of them from the University of Florida’s College of Veterinary Medicine, enhanced surgical training opportunities during those clinics as they perform the majority of the surgeries. .

Your donations help keep our local community cats safe by providing supported spaying and neutering for caregivers who are not able to afford these surgeries, especially for the multiple number of cats they care for.
