Phoenix Conservatory of Music

The mission of Phoenix Conservatory of Music (PCM) is to provide high quality affordable and accessible music education and experiences. For over 25 years, PCM has provided affordable, high-quality music education to more than 1,300 students each year, including youth who might never otherwise touch an instrument. Our College Prep Program alone has awarded students over $5.5 million in scholarships to top universities and music schools. And were just getting started. Our students are performing, teaching, composing, and leading using their art to change the world. Over the next three years, Phoenix Conservatory of Musics strategic plan will transform our organizationexpanding and scaling high-quality music programs from preschool through building the nations most comprehensive pre-college audio production and music industry program to prepare every student for college, career, and life. To do this we will improve our infrastructure around technology, increase teacher pay and professional development, build financial stability through a $500,000 match that will seed an endowment, and strengthen governance to ensure long-term, sustainable impact for thousands of young musicians. With your help, together, we can give young people opportunities to grow by giving them affordable, high-quality lessons, classes, and real-world music industry training. For more than 25 years, we have trained over 20,000 students and built one of the strongest pathways to college and careers in music.For us to achieve this bold plan, we need an investment of $2.1 million NEW dollars into our organization.
