Positive Tracks equips ages 12-25 with the skills, knowledge, and resources needed to change the world through the power of physical activity. We are built to help everyday people take action and unify in times of crisis, when hope, connection and resources particularly matter. From 2010 through the end of 2020, we helped 89,309 young people turn 430,754 miles and 143,600 hours of physical activity into advocacy, activism and $11,600,000 for causes shaping our future.
We provide a completely free opportunity to youth of all backgrounds and abilities to use physical activity as a platform and catalyst for change. Using Positive Tracks resources and hands-on coaching, youth ages 12-25 across the country are activating their own unique skills, perspectives and voices to educate and mobilize their communities. Young people are using running, rolling, biking, hiking, walking, and virtual fitness challenges to address COVID-19 impacts, racism, injustice, mental health, hunger, climate change and other critically important causes. We call it Sweating For Good.
