Prytula Foundation U.S.A. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, established in 2024 in Chicago, Illinois, as part of the global humanitarian initiative founded by Serhiy Prytula. We unite the Ukrainian diaspora, international donors, and partners to provide critical aid and support to Ukraine during times of crisis. We implement humanitarian programs that deliver essential aid, including medical supplies and direct assistance, to those affected by the war in Ukraine. Our focus is not only on immediate relief but also on fostering resilience and long-term recovery.
