Established in September 1990 as a domestic abuse program, Safe Harbor of Sheboygan County, Inc. provides prevention, intervention, education and outreach services to empower individuals, families and the community to end domestic abuse and sexual assault. Our mission is to provide services to reach out to those affected by sexual assault and domestic abuse; provide support to those in crisis; and to educate individuals, families and the community, providing the tools needed to empower them to live lives free of domestic abuse and sexual assault.
