As the most accessible entrepreneurship support organization in the sector, our vision is to build an inclusive, thriving entrepreneurial ecosystem that empowers and uplifts underrepresented BIPOC, women, rural, and veteran entrepreneurs. We offer a supportive space and community for underrepresented entrepreneurs to test and refine their ideas, receive personalized, judgment-free mentorship from experts who reflect their own lived experiences, and receive the education and resources they need to build and sustain their ventures.

- DonateStock is legally authorized to process gifts of securities and crypto for SEED SPOT. Unless the donor requests anonymity, their information and gift details are provided to SEED SPOT when the gift is initiated.
- In most cases, donations are processed through our 501(c)(3) Donatestock Charitable, Inc. Gifts are converted to cash and the proceeds are distributed to the recipient within 1 or 2 weeks, depending on the plan they chose.
- There is no cost to donors or financial advisors. The nonprofit beneficiary pays a modest transaction fee for making non-cash giving easy for donors and the nonprofit’s team.
