That's why we provide daycare resources for women in our program with children aged twelve and under, ensuring that they have the support they need to fully commit to their training.

To provide practical on-site experience, our program includes working on ten units of rental housing and commercial spaces as they become available. This allows our trainees to gain hands-on experience and demonstrate their skills in a real-world setting.

Our program will prioritize individuals with high barriers to employment, such as lack of education or job training, limited work experience, or other challenges that prevent them from accessing stable, well-paying jobs.
